- Open to all members of the Taff Rocks Facebook Group, except Admins and Moderators.
- Parents are required to submit the image if the artist is under 14.
- Children of Admins / Moderators can participate but another family member must submit on their behalf if under 14 years of age.
- Admin or Moderators who are parents of the artists will be excluded from judging
- Submissions by or on behalf of an Admin or Moderator will not be considered.
- Submissions by whole families, where each piece in the photo has been created by a different member, are welcome.
- Community Groups as members can also submit an entry on behalf of the whole group
- Images showing faces are not permitted, hands are accepted.
- Taff Rocks Admin will add the relevant text to the image, you only need to send a photo. See a preview here (will open in a new window / tab)
- Only images sent via the form below will be considered
- Indecent images will not be accepted, members submitting such images will be deleted and banned from the group.
- "Prizes" will be listed in the original blog entry. There is no monetary value to any prizes unless stated.
- The winner, and there can be only one, will be chosen based on the following criteria. The judging will take into account the artists age!
- Does the rock have something 'special' about it?
- Is there evidence that the rock has been painted freehand?
- Age and ability appropriate craftsmanship
- The composition of the image as a whole.
- Has the image been submitted using the correct setting?
- The clarity of the image
- Other criteria may be shown in the blog post entry
