Yes, you can*, we welcome new members. You can add as many as you wish, but it may take time accepting if you've added loads at once. But don't let that deter you from adding as many as you like.
However, if the new member has been blocked by any of the admin crew or has blocked an admin member, then acceptance may be difficult.

Please limit the number to up to 10 per day. If you have more than 10, please message the Administrators via the Facebook Page.
If you add more than 10 without letting admin know, it will be considered as Spam. Spammers are subject to a three day mute in the first instance and a ban / block from the group for a repeat Spamming activity.
