The meeting will include the following:
- A short overview will be made of all our achievements since we become an NFP organisation.
- The presentation of our accounts will be made by the treasurer.
- The auditor's report will be presented.
- The election of new, or re-election of committee members for the upcoming year will take place.
- There will also be a Q&A opportunity.

All nominations must be received by midnight on Sunday 5th December in order for the current committee to prepare the ballot papers.
