Taff Rocks is holding a competition and the winner will have their image used as the Facebook Group Header in November.
What to do: Paint one, or any number of rocks, depicting poppies and other such suitable images for Remembrance Sunday, for our upcoming poppy drop in November (details will be in the 'events' as soon as possible).

You can show one poppy/remembrance rock or a number of poppy/remembrance rocks that you have painted.
If you are part of a community group, that has many members, why not submit an entry in the name of the group?
You can add items to your final layout e.g. candles, poppy badges, anything that you think is suitable, that will enhance your final piece.

- Do the rocks show appropriate images for Remembrance Day?
- Do the rocks have something special about them?
- The composition of the image
- Is there evidence that the rocks have been painted freehand?
- Do the rocks show age and ability craftsmanship?
- Has the final image been submitted using the correct page and settings?
The prize will be: The winning image will be used as the header of the group from 1st November 2018 to midnight on the 11th November 2018
Entry restrictions: You can enter as many times as you wish, as long as the image is different each time. It can even include some or all of the same rocks in a different position. Each image will need to be submitted separately.

Competition is open to: All members of the Taff Rocks Facebook group (except admin and mods)
Age, restrictions: Absolutely none

Judges for shortlisting: The Facebook Group admins and mods are the judges. There may also be a need to ask random members to judge also. Details on how to vote will be sent to them closer to the time.

Deadline / Closing Date: The last submission must reach Taff Rocks HQ no later than midnight on Sunday 14th October 2018
