Halloween Workshoppers Prepare to Rock the Town!

The first of our Halloween-themed workshops this week went spooktacularly well! Over the next few days, check out for the spooky wonders around the place, ready to peak out and give you a scare.

We even had a very welcome visit from Gareth, our local PCSO*, alas, tried as we did, he wasn't ready to paint some spooky rocks for us.  No matter, maybe next time Gareth. He did spend some time with us for a welcome coffee though.

The Halloween blanks were handcrafted for this workshop!
During this workshop we were reunited with some old friends and gained some new ones. Each one created something magical.

We can't wait to see these shared on our Facebook group.

The Cheshire Cat above will sure to spook quite a few, it's brilliant smile should glow in the dark! We can't wait to see that.

Thank you to everyone that made today so awesome.

This, and our future workshops in the Aberfan and Merthyr Vale areas, have been made possible by a grant from Invest Local Ynysowen. This funding has and will enable us to run regular workshops, purchase more resources and increase our inspiration library. We are thankful for this grant. It means we can help more create fantastic works of rock art!
