Do you enjoy running activities for children and adults? Are you looking to gain some experience? Are you someone with a creative flair who can inspire people? You don't need to be a fantastic artist, or any 'good' at painting and drawing, just enjoy inspiring other creative flair.
Taff Rocks are looking for up to three volunteer workshop facilitators to help us run community-based rock painting multi-generational workshops in the Aberfan and Merthyr Vale area.
This opportunity is available to all applicants aged 18 and over.
Volunteers will be asked to provide a successful DBS check. Reasonable out of pocket travelling expenses can be reimbursed.
The current workshop schedule runs for two hours per month, the first Tuesday of each month from 6pm to 8pm with additional 30 minutes each side for setting up and cleaning. There are also additional four hours during school holiday periods, to be determined. All these can be run on a rota basis with other facilitators from Taff Rocks.
The ability to speak Welsh would be an advantage but no necessary and will not exclude you.
