Mindfulness Mandala Poll


Taff Rocks needs your input.

We are looking to run Mindfulness Mandala Classes in the Merthyr Tydfil area. To trial, we are first looking at Aberfan and Troedyrhiw areas for adults only.

They would be run over two days, each day running for three hours with a 30 minute break in between.

We are need your help in determining:

  • Times
  • Day or evening
  • One week or two and
  • If you were asked to volunteer a contribution toward costs, what would you consider a good contribution? Even if that contribution was zero
